PREVENTION OF FOREST FIRES

March 2012 - official notice of a total ban on fires in areas at risk
The headlines : from 15th feb to 15th may ALL fires, including barbecues, are banned within 200m of woodland or heathland.
From 16th may to 14 juin many restrictions apply.

NB. Jumilhac is in a high risk area, if your bonfire or barbecue starts a forest fire (there have been some already) you will be prosecuted. Ignorance of the regulations is not a defence.

COLLECTION OF AGRICULTURAL PLASTICS

September 2011 - The containers for the collection of agricultural plastics will be at the Jumilhac waste depot from monday 26th sept to thurs 29th at 12h.
